For me it's not about doubling or quadrupling production.

It's about how much are these wells bringing in profit compared to the market cap.

I find it hard to believe that you completely omitted the market cap from your equation.

As an extreme example, if a stock was producing 1 BOPD and increased it to 2 BOPD yet the market cap was $100m would that represent "good value".

Earnings to market cap is everything IMO.
