That is factually incorrect yak. They all said after searching fruitlessly that there were none to be found. Ritter actually said there were none quite forcefully, from early in the piece. Most people thought something would be found, even if it was depleted and useless militarily. Nobody except Bush and Cheney were saying Saddam had nukes aimed at the US (Ha!).

The Bush administration, seeing doubt starting to prevail, dumped the UN with great urgency and invaded, claiming imminent terrorist danger from Iraq to the US and its allies.
