    Hi Mabrook,

    My guess is based on the reputation risk theory. The management of PSY is aware of the reputation risk if they do not deliver the SH update as promised on 4th August 2015. The reputation is crucial for PSY. The question is why they missed the update in Sep 2015. There might be "something" that held them back to update SH in Sep. It may be coming soon but we do not know when? Be on guard. Lol.
