A few weeks back i spoke to a medical centre operator about which I wrote here. From the catch-up i can definitely agree that GPs and medical centre operators are open and willing to hear from patients. Since this initial catch-up i have even faxed my GP's medical centre...that's right i had to use GoFax (online fax service) to send a fax because my medical centre chose not to communicate over email!

The pandemic crisis has also highlighted how precarious the medical centre operators are and have shown they too are not immune from the financial impacts of covid. ResappDx might take a bit longer than we anticipate to get traction due to relatively small marketing spend but once it does, I seeing it opening "virtual" doors to patients who otherwise would think twice or even avoid visiting a medical centre.
