    When can an oil major the size of Santos buy oil and gas assets at a third of the price?....when a company like MOS is lanquishing at these miserable levels...STO have stated that they wish to aquire in their zones of interest. MOS has a wide open register....this has got to be a tasty morsel for them. I value the stock at 34c even with the dilution of the last year.
