My gut tells me most seasoned investors saw the ASX a scary place when it went over 7000 in Feb, even superannuation advisors were calling shares "too hot to handle" and now are languishing in the free fall. They are loving it! I also feel that at some point, re-entry into the market will occur as valuations become to good to pass up. I cant see this happening for a week or two. 5500 was suppose to be a major resistance point so I can only guess what is next, 4900??? 4400???? I believe the most telling point is when China gets back into production, because it started in China, the most deaths occurred in China and China is the engine room of the Western World. What really scares me is China bringing their cheque books out in a month or so! Might I also note that Donald Trump is quite slow in his stimulus package as I would have thought any responsible Western Government would take immediate action to respond to any serious threat to its people welfare. I totally get that everyone here is out to make a buck but can't we be nice to each other.
