    they would have had more access and info than us and they have chosen to not invest , 2-20mil is nothing for CAT so why not invest it ?

    I think FBR wanted to get out of the exclusivity part of the CAT deal due to WB and getting paid for every block laid ...... let's hope CAT hold their shares and we see revenue like FBR are telling us we will
