    The Pivacs just got a boat load of performance shares. Regardless how much they "paid" to get it for. And if their only concern is about selling them and earning profit. They would hang onto CAT as long as possible. I'm speculating on this part of course. But it does indicate they are thinking long term, and is not willing to sell the farm and rather go the hard yards in achieving the best long term outcome for the company.
