Don't expect this to deal to be finalised in 42 days. It may be less and it might take longer. Each party will take as long as it needs to find agreeable terms. If a deal is not done in 45 days it will not necessarily mean the business is not validated - we probably won't be told why but it will simply be likely the parties could not agree terms and conditions.
