I don't believe I said anything was proof. However, the current building materials are ubiquitous, slurry for 3d printing isn't and requires new materials manufacture that is likely to have a short usable shelf life like concrete that goes "off" quickly. FBR is replacing the bricklayer, not the brick. As for building outside, I don't doubt the machine's ability to do so. I think, as with most new technologies, they underestimated the time it would take to develop and iron out bugs.
