I reckon they are gone, once the decision was made and announced they would have dumped/drip fed their shares and with the volume since the announcement I reckon they are done.
I don't think there is any requirement to announce if/when they are sold out but would imagine it would be commented on at some time.
You can request a shareholder list at the registry I believe but I don't think it has the number of shares, and it would take a while to get updated I would imagine.
In general, i'm okay with the change of strategy but hope they don't think they can manufacture themselves or it could come unstuck.
