Logically I bought NCM cause I thought it was fundamentally and technically undervalued compared to its gold mining peers. However, in the time since I have bought, I have seen all other gold miners continuing to outperform on good days and have great resilience on the less favorable days. This makes me beg the question of why is the biggest gold miner in the land out of favor in perhaps the biggest gold run in history. Even as I write this today NST, EVN, PRU, SAR, SLR, RMS are all higher while NCM looks to make fresh day lows. Hoping that a good quarterly and full year presentation will create renewed enthusiam.
