"Whatever occurs with OROPA, having the Gold price at $1002 or very high $900's like it has been for several months, should have absolutely no effect on whether this share is valuable or otherwise. If they get the gold out of the ground, it's still profitable if Gold is at $800. If they don't get it out of the ground, it matters little what the gold price is."


Disagree reichamn, the higher the gold price goes the more valuable oropas "asset" is, which should then be valued into the share price (which we never see), whether they get it out of the ground or not does not make a differance, as when your sitting on 1mil+ oz gold with significant potential to increase the resource, operating costs of $442oz next door to martabe, market cap $15mil & possibly entering a gold bull market, Oropa is simply a "take over target" while we trade so poorly below fair value.

As already said its all up to the management now & getting on screen support asap.

As for the share price, we had a exciting little surge which died off quick, simply due to the fact we have no on market support to keep the rally going, then some nice manipulation towards close today with someone selling 600 shares at 3.7 which dragged out more sellers onto the screen.
