Not sure if 1. is a strategy for them, I think they would have probably announced further plans for exploration/drilling if that was the case. In saying that I would like to see it drilled as the targets look very compelling.
If results are good then the market will provide the speculative liquidity especially in light of Zincs recent movements.
Imo we are languishing at the moment as the market was expecting news a while ago and hence some sell and move on as no news is often bad news but not always.....
