No. Most people are centrists who just want to get on with business without the fear of dropping dead.
I can dislike the PLA's influence on China but that does not mean that I either love or hate China. You don't manage a relationship with China as thought China was a disobedient 3 year old child or in some way inferior. China is a reality. China has many voices within it. China needs to overcome authoritarianism just as the US needs to overcome authoritarianism.
I work towards collaborations not paranoia driven "contests".
