NGE's Executive Chairman is David Lamm.
NGE has recently benefited mightily from a significant investment in MDL (being taken over).
I have just seen an ASX notice for MDL from L1 Capital Pty Ltd advising that L1 Capital had accepted the takeover offer for their 35M shares for $62M.
The signatory to that notice was a Raphael Lamm (Director, L1 Capital Pty Ltd).
Does anyone know if these two Lamms are related?
(asking as it may help understanding of NGE's investment strategy).
