    if they were doing a half arsed effort ISIS would be dead by now remember they took Iraq in a month when Sadam was in power, and ISIS dont even have tanks.

    Obama is sitting on his hands, he doesnt want any involvement in the ME, thats why he pulled them out as soon as he got into office which caused this mess.
