Yes!

Health practitioners are allowed to “conscientiously object to providing a health service” and no professional rules can override that right, even when the taxpayer is paying for that service.

Doctors, pharmacists and other limited categories of medical practitioners could refuse to perform certain procedures or dispense certain drugs. The list of medical practitioners who can refuse to treat you on religious grounds include nurses, midwives, doctors, psychologists and pharmacists, removing dentists, occupational therapists, optometrists, physiotherapists and podiatrists.

So, are you trying to get an abortion? That's the only 'health service' I can think of that a doctor might refuse to hand out on conscience grounds.
