Any bill that enshrines the right of the religious to discriminate against women, gays, unmarried mothers etc but at the same time protects the religious from discriminated against is not a religious freedom bill; it is a religious privilege bill.
A religious employee can legally tell me that I will go to hell (for being an atheist) or that a fellow gay employee should be thrown from a high building. Should be good for staff morale. And I can tell my boss that she has no right to assume authority over a man (if I pretend to be religious). Got to love religious freedom.
