    Hey @pavbar75

    Happy New Year mate!

You are quite right, family and friends hold a significant portion of KNL and they know it's worth!

I, personally am not keen on a high level of debt. I did mention this to Andrew over a Guinness a while back, however I did not go into detail. At the end of the day - I would be looking at the IRR of the Epanko project once the figures are estimated and refined as required. Payback period (in years) is another. Ability to pay dividends post production when we are swimming in cash. What I mean about payback, to spell it out for those reading and contributing to this thread, is simply - your projected cash flows and ability in years to pay back that debt in the future. These basics are what matter IMO, and not whether the debt is 70, 80 or 100%.

Those with any sense will be topping up in the range of 14.5c to 16c as it won't be there long!

I'd be happy to contribute yet again to a CR. Let's see what they come up with!

All the best KNL'stars for 2016

    Gracie
