Shocking as it is at $50K per page, I believe it is even more shocking that the NBN promoters are appearing to place a lot of positive emphasis on a study/report that cost 0.06% of the proposed capital expeniture (based on $43B figure).
Anyone with any experience with capex projects would know you would need to spend significantly more to receive something you could use with confidence. Particularly if you want to disinfect the report in the light of the political arena.
"Shallow" is probably too kind an adjective even if the focus was on financials. But as I have stated previously - this is all about politics.
