Hi Slippin,
Broker reports happen all the time, and are not usually marked as sensitive.
The ASX actually decides if an announcement is sensitive or not.... and sometimes they get it wrong. I have made some great money over the years picking up non sensitive announcement, and seeing 50% gains before the market realised what was going on.
