MARKET UPDATE
Pacifica Group Limited announced today that following a confidential
approach from an unnamed party, Pacifica is currently in discussions
with that party. Those discussions could potentially lead to an offer or
proposal being put to Pacifica shareholders which might result in a
change of control of Pacifica.
These discussions are preliminary and incomplete and no agreement has
been reached. There is no certainty that agreement will be reached at any
future time or that an offer or proposal will be put to Pacifica
shareholders.
Pacifica will keep its shareholders fully informed and a further
announcement will be made in the event of any material developments.
