Hi,
SLA has posted the option conversion notice today. As some of the directors held the options, they would have to lodge the 'Change of directors holdings' notice within three days (at the latest by Monday morning).
It will be interesting to see what this notice states. My gut feeling is that Opes saga would be resolved before that so that there is no conflicting director shareholding notices (ANZ has already lodged the substantial shareholding notice). Directors can't concede that ANZ has control of their shareholdings.
