    Why would a Chinese company value the licence? It's self evident why another foreign company would really value it, but a Chinese one... Not so much.

    So, it looks like they're admitting to entertaining suitors? I think we'd all be happy at quick buck rather than a long slow two bucks.

    ( has anyone here noted BKLs tenfold SP increment on the strength of a perceived strong China demand)
