    Ive been mulling over the aforementioned take over possibilities.
    Am I the only one who thinks that GLV's inside informant's suggested $1.00 take over offer price would be most excellent?

    Is VMT really a $150M company?

    So a quick snoop around Commsec's web site to get some rough numbers has me arriving at the ones below.

    With a sector PE of say around 20 for a stable company, they'll need to sell $7M worth of scooters annually. Is this a feasible target within the next 2 years?
    That's quite a dramatic increase in production - assuming that achieving sales are no problem, can the factory even manage these volumes? .
    Or will we be up for yet another dilutionary CR to fund the factory's expansion?

    I don't have any answers... just throwing out the questions to those who do, for discussion.

    ps....was also surprised to see that none of the "founding fathers" are listed as being among the major shareholders.
