so what were the directors doing without governing the ceo.......their job is to hold the ceo and ither management accountable for all major decisions and planning. one can't just assume a ceo knows what he is doing. hindsight is a wonderful thing. AT the time of CR, ton was seen as the next potential syr and the sp was heading past a dollar. hence the main aspect was to minimise dilution and to preserve monentum. unfortunately follow up results did not natch the hype hence the shift to ancuabe and the failure of the agreement mid year last year (cant remember who it was) which was pushed to end if last year and dfs delayed to this year. further you cant just tap into markets and get whatever amount - supply demand according to the stage of a project. the problem was the capital infusion stopped as nicanda hills was losing momentum and confidence was ebbibg away in ton to deliver. so yes boyle is responsible but so are the directors. the job if a directors is to know what happens in a company. to not know is a problem.
