Triton Minerals Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (the Company) announces that at the
Second Meeting of Creditors held on 8 July 2016, the creditors resolved unanimously
to execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) proposed by Somers & Partner
Pty Ltd and Minjar Gold Pty Ltd in the form set out in the Administrators’ supplementary
report dated 5 July 2016.
The DOCA is required to be executed within 15 business days from the date of the
Second Meeting of Creditors. A further update will be provided once the DOCA is
executed.
