    Agree. This whole episode has been a disgrace. While relieved we weren't totally swindled I have red flags on every TON manager and board director. Take on that job you need to accept responsibility and not play "blame the other guy game". Some did very well out of an episode where approx $10m was burnt to raise capital for approx $10m. The whole episode was very strange.
