I'm inclined to agree.

The crossover will probably happen in the next few weeks as the short-term speculative CNP positions are unwound and the longer-term prospects for CER are realised. In the meantime, there may be some volatility in both.

We may see another cross over (CNP exceeding CER) around 15/1 when CNP inevitably shoots up faster than CER on speculation. However, unless new information comes to light at this point, a final crossover (CER exceeding CNP) soon after 15/1 could well be the last one for some time.
