By crossover, I mean actual price of CER and CNP shares cross over i.e. CER SP becomes higher than CNP SP as opposed to now where the reverse is true. If you plot the two stocks on a graph, the lines will cross over.

This is probably going to happen as a) CNP falls further out of fashion and the short term speculative positions taken in CNP around announcement date are unwound b) the value in CER is realised.

I say 'probably' because we are in strange times and quite frankly, anything could happen.
