I have been trading back and forth between CER and CNP for quite a time now. The trades don't require a crossover of the SP to make it a good trade. It is only in the recent past that I have been able to get an increase in numbers with a trade to CER. In the past I have settled for 25% less CER than CNP, then selling the CER to end up with a 10% gain on the original CNP numbers as I bought back CNP. At this stage I will stick with CER but if CER gets above CNP I could start trading back.

I can see no reason why CER should trade for less than CNP at the moment.
