    I totally agree your crossover theory and it is actually starting to happen. CER share price will slowly go higher than CNP before the announcement on the 15th of January,2009. And after the announcement CNP will open higher than CER, but CER price will gradually go higher than CNP as no equity swap in place. So the share price is not getting diluted. Unless there is any change on the proposed stability plan.
