I do hope that:

(a) Cottee (stating he still has shareholder interests at heart); and
(b)the current board (who are required to have our interests at heart)

know what they are doing.

Apart from any disagreement on what deals should be done and how....I am nervous that this whole shananigans creates additional uncertainty and risk for potential partners / lenders. Hardly what is needed given the extreme levels of sensitivity in the market due to Europe.

I only hope that such interested parties are not put off by the governance / management "issues" at NXS. If they believe such issues will affect NXS ability to execute its end of any bargain I can imagine they dont look too positively on it.

In my experience, deals are not just about the hard terms but also......"can i work with these people?"
