How long will the money flow in gold sector, just get sucked by gold etfs
- there has been analysis done, including by Sprott, showing how small the gold sector is. Money will flow to all areas IMO.
#. Why do market dislikes gold producers, Is it because of lack of meaningful dividends returns? or is it their ability to dilute shareholders value willy nilly?
- The market doesn't realise that most Aus gold producers are at a turning point of turning to significant profit. You have the combined perception of gold as a barbarous relic (still) and also the perception that all gold miners dilute shareholders. IMO the market has no clue how profitable some of these companies currently are or how massively profitable they are at higher gold prices (mostly due to $1100 future gold price assumptions).
However, for a bull market, these issues are positives are they not? You need continued negative sentiment for sustained gains before it gets too overheated and everyone is on the one side of the trade.
