well, it is a matter of opinion
I am a sophisticated investor and participated in the placement and have no regrets at all.
I believe fml did a sterling job at raising cash when they did. I take on board some of the gripes on the mechanism.
I don't think any serious person can blame them for the state of the market in general - that is the major factor involved in all sp's at present.
One huge asset is because we have done a raising - we are presently secure -- can you imagine if you needed to raise capital at present or in the next couple of months.
