The rig is up on Defender! I just rode out there, but didn't have my camera with me (was on the motorcycle) I will try to get out there to take pix tomorrow.

So this is it then. Is everybody ready for the next phase of the journey for this great little company. I don't think we can over estimate the importance of these 2 wells. Defender, whose spud is imminent, will target the Niobrara B with a horizontal frac while Spirit will explore structural traps at 2 levels down to 11,000 ft.

All Terry's foresight, planning and investment goes on the line with these first wells but I think Terry is at the top of his game and with the 3D seismic leading the way, he must be really confident of success. The waiting is almost over.
