kenjul, in my eyes, the big issue with the UNX sale is that earlier, it was voted by shareholders to keep UNX in the companies hands. The sale reeks of the blatant disregard the board had of shareholders at the time. If the company wanted 2c/share at a time when they were cash flow positive, they should have given the shareholders an option to buy/vote for it. IMHO an opinion should be done to see if the sale was truly at arms length.
