HLX, RHI and CUL all have JV's with API - note the changes in substantial holdings for all these companies today - AMCI selling to Brisbane Investments Ltd which is associated with Fritz Kundrun - founder of AMCI.
This could be the start of a rationailisation process to the benefit of HLX
