I agree WW but I'll add that it is always the science that speaks not the people. Eg if our iMYCs take over the world then it will be because of the team that developed the science and the science itself. One could argue that with he the CEO gone we have lost the connection with the right people but it is unlikely we have lost the connection - Paul seems to hold much of these relationships. One day Paul will move on as well and whoever takes over will only be as good as the science and the team developing it. I assume the new leadership structure will be in place by the AGM so we will know who controls the future - personally I think we need later stage experience offshore with pharma - not necessarily for the next 6 months but for the 6-18 months ahead period I hope we are heading towards.
