my children work at a fast food joint and like it when others drop shifts so they can pick them up. Unfortunately they can’t be contacted out of hours now so won’t pick up shifts and the business will be shorthanded. Other workers will get stressed as they will have to pick up the slack. These riules are part of the business prevention rules. Makes it hard to employ people and run a business. Only a small minority will be claiming they are abused with out of hours contact. Dutton is on a winner with this change. You have obviously never owned a business and operated ethically.
