As far as I'm aware, Rio was party to a 'standstill' agreement in about January last year. However, we have been told that they are currently in discussions with EXT about some sort of partnership so whatever happens, there will be some interesting developments on the EXT front over the next few weeks that are bound to push the SP higher.
