The deleys and ongoing failure to achieve growth in the company now need's to be addressed. We are approaching the end of another quarter with nothing but copy and paste promises again.

RE: Notice of Intention to Move a Resolution for the Removal of a Director under Section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 Dear Mr Knox, Pursuant to section 203D(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth),

I, ( insert name ) a shareholder of Red Sky Energy Limited, hereby give notice of my intention to move the following resolution at the next general meeting of the company, or at a general meeting to be called for this purpose: Proposed Ordinary Resolution:

"That Mr Andrew Knox be removed as a director of Red Sky Energy Limited with immediate effect in accordance with section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001."

Statement in Support of Resolution:

This resolution is proposed due to concerns regarding underperformance, including:
Failure to grow shareholder value over a sustained period, despite multiple opportunities and developments.
Inability to maintain transparent and timely communication with shareholders on key operational and strategic matters.
Lack of accountability in progressing crucial approvals and delivering project outcomes in a timely manner.

Shareholders have the right to expect effective leadership, clear communication, and value creation. I believe a change in leadership is necessary to restore confidence and drive improved performance. Please confirm receipt of this notice and advise the expected timing and process for convening the general meeting to consider this resolution.
