Is it worth getting everyone to email you there figures
1) It gives you the accurate figure - not +/- 50K, and it can be adjusted over the next month or two if peopel buy and sell
2) It gives you an email list of those you are know are supportive and on board and will put you in a place for a private communication if ever the need arises....
I have been through this with another company when it gets down a controlling stake and you dont want to have those discussions in public
