Stop it! Emotions are out, stop losses are in. If you are too scared to reach a decision and to stick to it, you should not be trading today. You will end up making a rash hurried scared decision and losing more than if you had walked away at noon.

l don't mind losing money if l make an informed decision and it was wrong... l do mind if l didnt even make a decision in the first place and some scared fool inside me traded on my behalf when l was napping. Start today and you will make money tomorrow (or at least be able to sleep)
