leveraged to economic recovery..
valuation currently at .56c p/s..
if the regulators amend their decisions which most likely like they will i believe theres no reason why this stock won't be trading at .75-85c...
if not looks like its priced in and we will still see at least .60c..
thats what i think anyway..
