Just a quick follow-up to my earlier post on the Ovanti (OVT) turnaround story — a few key developments worth highlighting:
In March 2025, OVT signed a 20-year license deal with BNPLPay Protocol, securing 50% of all protocol revenue and preferential access to low-cost DeFi funding (30–40% cheaper than banks) with no first-loss capital required.
The board is now actively recruiting a US-based CEO to fast-track the American BNPL rollout. The interim CEO (Daler Fayziev) has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the $500M+ TTV growth plan.
The $14.3M sale of OVT’s Malaysian asset (IDSB) is still pending but in the final stages, adding further strength to the balance sheet.
With cash in hand, capital raises completed, DeFi revenue locked in, and the US market entry underway, OVT is shaping up to be far more than just a recovery story. Plenty still unfolding.
