After an incredibly slow start to the day I was suprised to see it run to 56c after walking away from the PC for half an hour.
I personally am not too fussed about fluctuations atm, there are some realities that could make this an incredibly turbulent month, we could see massive spikes in either direction based on nothing more than which direction the wind blows.
As the end of September draws near (assuming there is no decision prior), we will see what the future holds.
If they get one bid we will do nicely, 20 bids we will do better. The more bids, the more comfort I have that actual experts believe it is the real deal. No bids, I might just jump off the roof....
Until news gets out, it really is speculation personified.
