Antares Energy AZZ (The former company name of BNL) final sentence hearing for WAD588/2017 is scheduled for the Federal Court WA on 19th Feb. 2021.
Is this the reason for the steep sell of yesterday? I'm no lawyer, way over my head with this stuff.
Does anyone have any insights to what could possibly arise from this court case? Any penalties towards BNL?
