I fundamentally disagree.
This isn't a downramp, but I prefer to work off market capitalisation rather than share price. If you think about it, PRR shares have been diluted quite a bit by capital raising and conversion of options. In reality, if the share price hit 30c again the market cap would be almost equivalent to PRR being 40c before cap-raising.
Just being real. Bracing for the thumbs down!
